"YOUTH MAKING A DIFFERENCE" Members of the "Youth Making a Difference" council represent seven counties in South Central Kansas. Those seven counties are: Barber, Comanche, Kingman, Kiowa, Pratt, Rice and Stafford. These teens learn about responsible grant making and are able to help people in need. Learning philanthropy at an early age will help develop youth ito caring adults. |
